Before I moved to Australia from Avellino, Italy, I had always dreamed of opening a cheese factory. After many years of hard work in the hospitality industry and proudly obtaining my Australian Citizenship, I am finally able to pursue my dream.

Our products are available to purchase online for delivery to your door or to taste and purchase at the delicatessen located conveniently next door.
